I highly recommend Mike! He was able to come out the same day and diagnose our problem, as well as figure out a temporary solution to get us on the road so we could get to our destination and order a new board. Not many technicians would have taken the time, even if they had the knowledge to bypass the problem so we could get back on the road quickly. Thank you Mike!!!

Mike showed up on time and got right to work on a challenging rewiring project on our Oasis water heater/furnace. He got the job done and worked cooperatively with the manufacturer's engineering department. He was available on pretty short notice and communicated promptly to set up our appointment. The furnace on our Travel Trailer went out and we needed a prompt fix, as we were in the middle of selling it. I called Mike and he gave us a time and arrived promptly. He checked everything (including a weird thing with low voltage on the furnance!) and he determined it was the control board that needed replacing. He only uses U.S. made replacements (Dinosaur), as opposed to the chintzy Chinese board used by the manufacturers. In our case, it was an Atwood/Dometic furnace. The board cost more but it had a 3 year transferable warranty on it and we wanted our buyers to be happy. Very pleased with Mike and his attention to detail........

This is our first time to be in the Kerrville area and using our new RV. My husband was all excited to set up dish and a Wally so we could have our satellite like we have at home. They make it look so simple on TV to set these up! After 3 days of talking to dish and hours and hours of trying to get things to work, the only solution was to run the coaxial cable from inside through the window to the cable connection outside! (We were able to watch the big game and thrilled the Chiefs won by the way!!!) My husband called Mike this morning and he came out soon after ! What a relief! Dish representatives told my husband the wiring in our 2018 rv was wrong for satellite! Obviously they were wrong and Mike checked everything out and was able to successfully make it work! My husband is thrilled and I’m so happy we can now have a vacation! Your magnetic business card is proudly displayed! So glad we met you and highly recommended you to others! Thank you Mike!

I can not say enough good things about Mike. I'm buying a used camper that is 1,100 miles away from me and wanted an inspection done on it before I bought it. Mike squeezed me in right before he went on vacation which was really nice that I didn't have to wait an extra week. He went above and beyond on checking the unit out. Mike was awesome. We realized our grey water tank wasn’t emptying and was completely FULL one night! We called Mike early the next morning. He was pretty booked for the day and planned to service our RV that afternoon. He ended up stopping by on his way to another appointment in the morning to assess the situation since we had no clue the problem. He told us to try something out while he was at his other appointments. His analysis of the issue was right on and his solution worked great!!! We ended up having a big clog and his remedy was easy. So glad we called Mike instead of someone else that may have charged us a lot to completely clean out our tanks. His advice was great and something I will not forget. Mike is very knowledgeable and very nice. I’m definitely keeping his number for the next time we are in the area and have a problem with our RV.

The fridge in our motorhome died a horrible death and Mike was recommended. Good thing. It turned out to be a nasty replacement because the published specs regarding sizes weren't correct. Mike came to us earlier than expected, worked his a@@ off, and with a lot of adjustments the replacement was done. . Full time rv'rs depend on people like Mike Stone. This guy is now a friend.

I had a furnace issue and big problems to find a mobile service to help me (some had no time or interest...). Finally Mike came by and could fix the problem in a very short time. I could see that he knew exactly what he was doing... Didn’t need any new parts, just some alignment... Mike also helped to fixed some other issues on my fifth wheel and gave some good tips... Mobile Rv solutions is the way to go!

Mike and his service were wonderful. We woke up with no heat and called Mike and he came out within 2 hours and helped us figure out the problem and get us up and running. Mike was working on another unit at Johnson Creek rv resort. He was able to take a minute to look at my automatic leveling system. He didn't have time to work on it but gave me the number of the manufacturer. I called them the next morning and they got my problem fixed. Mike saved me money and if we need another repair, we will call him.

Mike was fantastic. We were in a predicament while traveling (body damage suffered while backing into a campsite). A body shop will be needed, but we had to drive on to make our next reservation, and the coach was not safely driveable. Mike had to determine a rather innovative way to secure everything so we could get to our next stop and have the work done there. He was extremely nice, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend him.

We are so grateful ! Mike serviced our 5th Wheel. We needed to replace our kitchen faucet which is not easy to work on, cause it’s in a very cramped area under the sink. We didn’t hear any complains from Mike. We called him he responded right away, came & checked work gave us a reasonable estimate, came the next day & fixed the problem!!! Mike was Awesome, came out the next morning to fix our propane leak but weather didn’t cooperate, came next day got the parts he needed and done and before he left he showed me how to drain my water heater so calcium doesn’t cause me problems. Very Fine Man

My family and I took our RV to spend Labor day weekend in Fredricksburg TX. Upon arrival, we found that our AC to DC converter had died. Nothing in our trailer would work, no air conditioning, no refrigerator, nothing. I went to the office of the RV resort we were at and asked if they knew of any RV repairmen in the area, they gave me Mr. Mike Stone's card and I called him. Mr. Stone was a lifesaver as we were roasting in the 100 degree Texas heat, Mr. Stone gave me some information over the phone for a temporary workaround of my AC to DC converter as there were no RV parts stores open in the area due to the holiday. He did not try to up sale me anything that i didn't need. or even charge me for the phone call. He was very honest and considerate of my situation. Because of Mr. Stone my family and I were able to enjoy our Labor Day weekend in our RV! I would definitely recommend Mr Stone for any RV needs, he is very knowledgeable and honest! Thanks again Mr. Stone for your help!

I recently special ordered a new 5th wheel. I have purchased new RVs before and there are always issues, some large, some small. This time I was investing a lot more into it so I decided even though it was brand new I wanted an independent pre delivery inspection. Turns out it was some of the best money I've ever spent! There were the usual smaller issues, but what Mike's inspection revealed on the roof saved me much heartache and grief in the future. The roof edges weren't properly glued down along the edges and it wasn't drawn as tight as the roof manufacturer specifies. In this case we're talking about 88 feet of potentially leaky perimeter. The manufacturer hmmed and hawed about it, but the dealer stepped up and restretched and resealed my roof, as well as fixing the rest of the issues before I took delivery. I have no doubt that without Mikes inspection I would have had water intrusion very soon if not on the first rain, and a host of other lesser nuisances to deal with.For the most part he and his wife touched every system and reported on it. At the end of the 1st 300 mile shakedown cruise we arrived to find everything in working order! That never happened before for us for sure!

Mike responded quickly and professionally to help with installing a new refrigerator in my son's RV. He even drove back to Kerrville to get a missing part (manufacturer error) on the spot so the job was done in one day. Very honest and good communicator.
